CSD physically located in the Government Administration buildings in downtown George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands. Most Government departments are also located in the George Town area on the Island of Grand Cayman. A few other government Departments are located in outlying areas on Grand Cayman and a few are on the sister islands Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.

 

CSD is organised into 3 main terms: Governance and Architecture; Development and Business Relationship Management and Enterprise Content Management; and thirdly Service Delivery.

The Service Desk Team is responsible for the first tier user support and triage. The Service Desk is managed by a Service Desk Manager and his/her team members report to the Deputy Director (Service Delivery)
